Nutrigenesis Approach Lean-N-Clean® or Acidgone®

A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT

Directions For Use:

Dosage designed for adults. Children between 5-9 year old may use 1/3 adult dosage and children between 9-13 year old may use 1/2 adult dosage. Consult a nutritionally oriented health practitioner (such as a Naturopathic Physician or an MD that practices “Integrated Medicine”) for individual advice. 

Note: Not recommended for pregnant women or nursing mothers. Safety for use during pregnancy has not been established.

Note: Do not mix with hot water, milk or dairy products.

Shake bottle to loosen up powder before measuring. One level 15 cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone is one serving.

As a Shake Or Smoothie:
Pour 16 oz (500 cc) of water or a combination of water and fruit juice or vegetable juice into a tall water glass. Add one level scoop of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone powder on top and stir briskly. If thinner consistency is desired, add more water or juice. May add fruits or vegetables to blend as a smoothie. For individuals with smaller stomach capacity, may decrease dosage accordingly. Avoid using acidic juices. Best to mix with vegetable juices for diabetes or people who try to reduce caloric intake.

Drink promptly. Drink another 1/2 to 1 glass (1 to 2 cups) of water immediately afterwards.
Note: Do not substitute second glass of water with other beverages. Inadequate water intake may cause constipation.

FOR ACID REFLUX (GERD)/HEARTBURN: Drink Acidgone mixed as directed at the onset of acid reflux symptoms. Do not eat for approximately 1-2 hours after drinking Acidgone or wait until hungry to eat. May take Acidgone at night one to two hours before bedtime to help control night time acid reflux. May take Acidgone in the place of breakfast or any other meals, especially for people who want to lose weight at the same time. Acidgone may be taken up to 4 to 5 times a day if necessary.

FOR INTESTINAL CLEANSING (for those who do not need to lose weight): Drink Lean-N-Clean mixed as directed, in-between meals 2 to 3 times a day or follow Nutrigenesis Approach Intestinal Cleansing Program on pages 10-12 of Nutrigenesis Approach Program Manual.

FOR WEIGHT LOSS: Drink Lean-N-Clean, mixed as directed on empty stomach to quench your hunger 2 to 3 times a day. May take it to replace meals.

FOR ACNE CONTROL, HIGH CHOLESTEROL & BAD BREATH: (for those who do not need to lose weight): Drink Lean-N-Clean mixed as directed, in-between meals 2 to 3 times a day or follow Nutrigenesis Approach Intestinal Cleansing Program on pages 10-12.

Keep lid closed tightly and refrigerate for optimal freshness.

CAUTION: Any plant substance, whether used as food or medicine, externally or internally can cause an allergic reaction in some people. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone or have severe abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting or bowel obstruction, do not take these products.

SMOOTHIE RECIPES

It is recommended that you drink the Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone smoothies immediately after it is mixed within approximately 15 minutes. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone smoothies thickens with time. Must drink additional 1-2 cups of water immediately afterwards to avoid constipation. If you have diarrhea, drink the additional water 1 1/2 to 2 hours afterwards. If you have acid reflux/heartburn, avoid using acidic juices such as citrus juices.

These Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone smoothie recipes are just guidelines. Different people have different taste buds. You may be creative by mixing with different fruits, fruit juices, vegetables or vegetable juices. However, you should avoid mixing Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone with hot water, milk, dairy products, protein powders or nut butters. Mixing with these unapproved ingredients by Nutrigenesis Approach may cause severe constipation or bowel obstruction. These smoothies are not meant to be gourmet food items. Nor do we intend to compete with the gourmet foods. You must take into consideration the health benefits of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone and do not let taste alone dictate your choices.

1. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Super Anti-oxidants Smoothie: Add 12 oz (360 cc) of water, one whole small banana (or 1/2 of a large banana), 1/2 of an apple, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and red raspberries and one (1) level 15 cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May add more liquid to achieve a thinner consistency. (Provides approximately 130 calories).

2. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Apple Delight: Add 6 oz (180 cc) of water, 6 oz (180 cc) of pineapple juice, one apple (with or without peel), and one (1) level 15cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May vary the amount of liquid added to achieve desirable consistency. (Provides approximately 175 calories).

3. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Apple-Banana Treat: Add 12 oz (360 cc) of water, One whole small banana (or 1/2 of a large banana), 1/2 of one apple (with or without peel), and one (1) level 15cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May vary the amount of liquid added to achieve desirable consistency. (Provides approximately 100 calories).

4. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Tropical Delight With Papaya: (especially effective for people who have constipation). Add 6 oz (180 cc) of water, 6 oz (180 cc) of pineapple juice, 6 oz of diced fresh papaya, and one (1) level 15cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May vary the amount of liquid added to achieve desirable consistency. (Provides approximately 135 calories).

5. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Banana-Strawberry Treat: Add 6 oz (180 cc) of water, 6 oz (180 cc) of apple juice, one whole small banana (or 1/2 of a large banana), 5 fresh medium strawberries or 1/2 cup of frozen unsweetened strawberries and one (1) level 15 cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May vary the amount of liquid added to achieve desirable consistency. (Provides approximately 130 calories).

6. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Apple-Pear: Add 6 oz (180 cc) of water, 6 oz (180 cc) of apple juice, one pear (or 6 oz of pear nectar) and one (1) level 15 cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May vary the amount of liquid added to achieve desirable consistency. (Provides approximately 150- 210 calories).

7. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Vegetarian Delight: (Especially recommended for diabetes) Add 6-8 oz (180-240 cc) of water, 6 oz (180 cc) of V-8 or tomato juice, one small or 1/2 of a large carrot and one (1) level 15 cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May vary the amount of liquid added to achieve desirable consistency. (Provides approximately 70 calories).

8. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Scarlet Vegetarian Delight: (Especially recommended for diabetes and/or people with constipation) Add 8 oz. (240 cc) of water, 6 oz (180 cc) of V-8 or tomato juice, one small fresh raw beet and one (1) level 15 cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May vary the amount of liquid added to achieve desirable consistency. (Provides approximately 70 calories).

9. Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone Vegetarian With Cucumber: (Especially recommended for diabetes) Add 6 oz (180 cc) of water, 6 oz (180 cc) of carrot juice, 1/2 of a large cucumber and one (1) level 15cc scoop (3 level teaspoonfuls) of Lean-N-Clean or Acidgone into a blender. Puree until mixture is smooth. Makes approximately 2 cups. May vary the amount of liquid added to achieve desirable consistency. (Provides approximately 100 calories).
