request a refund by sending us the open container(s). There will be a
30% handling fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. No
doctor’s office or pharmaceutical company will give you a guarantee or
return policy on drugs. Nutrigenesis Approach is a holistic approach
that also involves dietary and lifestyle changes and improvement is a
gradual process. You should not expect overnight results. You are
encouraged to use our products as directed for at least 3 months and
make recommended dietary changes.

Nutrigenesis Approach® Program Manual is non-returnable. If you return the product Acidgone® or Lean-N-Clean®, there will be a deduction of $12.00 for the Program Manual if you received it for free with one of the Starter Kits.
Dietary supplements other than Acidgone® or Lean-N-Clean® are non-refundable.
Unopened/opened containers of Acidgone® or Lean-N-Clean® must be returned within
50 days of original purchase date. You may download a "Return Form for Refund", fill out the information requested on this form and include it in the returned package. You may also use the "Return Form for Refund" sent to you with your initial order. No refund will be issued without this form.
